Key Responsibilities 

Technology –  

• Communicate technology strategy to board and investors
• Partner with Co-Founders and CXOs to define product and technology vision and strategy

• Managing in-house engineering team, contracted development partners

Key Requirements 

• 12+ years’ experience leading and being successful in tech industry
• Prior Head of Engineering / Technology / Tech Lead experience with consulting / product companies
• An effective leader and team-player who knows how to hire and manage the right talent to scale the Engineering team
• Significant experience in software architecture and personally building digital products from early-stage through to scaling and maturity
• You’ve managed, mentored, and inspired a small team of engineers providing architectural guidance, code reviews, etc.
• Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices (ex: Mern, Cloud, DevOps, APIs)
• Have a proven understanding of best engineering practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code review, source control, build, test, deploy, and operations

Key Responsibilities 

As a Client Servicing / BD manager for Loyalty Programs, you will be responsible for generating new leads and establishing potential business from various qualified sources to make a positive revenue contribution. 

Key Role –  

1) Primary role of servicing client on loyalty campaigns & employee engagement solutions and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects / campaigns of the client 

2) Understanding client’s business and relationship marketing requirements. Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them. 

3) Briefing the client’s requirements to the other departments such as Creative, Operations and Technology and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client’s brief. 

4) Data-analysis, reporting and reviewing the Channel loyalty program performance
